Ive had to start monitoring my blood pressure since I saw the doctor earlier this month. I dislike going to the doctors more than anything, and that usually reads for high blood pressure so she wanted me to monitor it! Well ever since I left the doctors office, I have had to take my blood pressure 6 times, all of which read healthy! Woop go team Karmyn! My next goal, is to not be nervous in the doctors office!

I was unable to go this year, and attend all of the fun outdoor adventures, indoor food, and live entertainment. I can however wear my Festival gear from the last couple of years! Wish I was there, hope everyone who gets to go this year is having fun at Fort Gibraltar!!!

I did nothing today! And for those of you that know me, that is not something that comes easily for me. The extend of my day consisted of Grey's Anatomy, getting caught up on The Walking Dead! I did however, get dress and put on makeup to venture into town to get groceries for the week, so this is me, smiling and enjoying a lazy day!

Spent the day with my lovely Sophie and her mom Rhonda! Had a great lunch, then I made a fool of myself attempting to play Kinect! Even had to break out the sports bra and shorts!! Dinner was scrumptious...those stuffed mushrooms (yes...mushrooms....me) were delicious!

DRUNKEN JENGA!!!

Wow, I forgot how much fun drinking games can be. We started with watching some guys play beer pong, then followed up with Jenga....too much fun! I didnt' knock it over though, not once! Go Team Karmyn. We then concluded the evening with King's Cup! Articles of clothing got swapped, laps got sat on, and insane rules got made up!

After all of the crap I just went though with Percy....I FINALLY have him back! With working headlights and everything.
Oh yes...I had to take him back to the car doctor to get him looked at because his headlights were not working. I got a beaut of a courtesy car too....complete with surfboard!

Today can only be classified as one of those days that simply was an adventure! It started off great, getting a (love) cup from Starbucks...but it was downhill from there.
Work: You name it, it went wrong today! Even things I had no control over. 9 times out of 10, I love my job, but it gets to be quite stressful always being the go-to person...even when it is something seperate from the company completely. Oh well...thats life.
It was also one of those days where I simply could not get an answer, from anybody. Work or life related. Piss me off..
After I finally finished my working day, I decided to go to the bank before heading to the gym, I found a prime spot downtown, which really was too good to be true. I got out of my car, and another highlight ran into Katie and Darren before they got their nose/lip pierced....HAPPY!! So I got to watch that! Thinking my day was getting better we parted ways and I headed back to Percy, only to find a very kind 12 year old girl knocking on my window to tell me some old man hit my car.. TWICE....
She said he wasnt even going to leave his information but she ran out of where her mom was and said she wasnt going to let him get away with it and made him leave his phone number and name. They also took his license plate information for me. So so kind ~
I get to call ICBC now, and get my poor Percy looked at. It doesnt look like much damage, but you never know!
Next on the agenda, sending that little girl flowers, its people like her that make you just want to smile!

Ever have those days where you just want to look completely rad, and sophisticated with a bit of a twist? Well....that was me today! Totally rocked the lovely blue top with a black pencil skirt accompanied by a sweater vest with dogs, a pearl necklace and earrings, and to top it all off, a fabulous cheatah print headband (bow included). That is right....I am rad! Of course, by the time I took this picture, my make up was running down my face faster than a speeding bullet (oh yes, superman style)

Day three of 'Who needs chapstick when you have Lube'

Hi-ho Hi-ho its off back home we go......Spent the day in the car! Which, surprisingly could have been alot worse. We were making great time, when we got stopped just outside of Princeton because of another accident. Hopefully everyone is ok, we couldnt really tell..

We got back home, and had to do a drive by, as the night we were away, the beloved Slack Alices burnt to the ground. Well beloved for many, I didnt frequent the strip club in town.

Day two of 'Who needs chapstick when you have Lube'

Spent the day in Metrotown....so much fun shopping, I miss shopping malls, well real ones. I dont however miss getting bumped into or cut off by other people. Some good finds....well for Katie and Sara, not so much for me, but I came out with a lovely pair of new shoes and a sexy new blue skirt.
Dessert was a topped with Chocolate, Vodka infused whip cream (yum) and vodka soaked gummy bears, so we got off to a good start of the evening.
Taking an interesting adventure to get to the club, we finally got in to be disappointed, again, by the lack of sexy sexy men. Dancing away, Katie and I were disrupted by a woman who could not hold her alcohol...at all, we were actually puked on. The best part was, Katie thought it was just a spilt drink, becuase she could smell tequilla!! Off to the bathroom we went, where I got checked out by another girl. Flattered I guess.....she was trying to help, but checking me out at the same time. Sorry  hun, not my type!!!

Day 1 of the 'Who needs chapstick when you have lube' adventure to Vancouver

Having gotten off work at 3pm, after a back to back, and being up at 5:30am...Darren and I made our way to the Coast to meet up with some awesome people. This was us at the bus stop waiting to get into the Retro night.....needless to say....retro music consisted of no hot men, not the greatest music, but amazing disco floor and we gaver dancing anyways having a great time!!! We headed over to another bar, and waited in line for awhile, but we were greeted, and were provided with condoms by some lady on the street. She was so kind as to give Darren a hug!
McDonalds was followed after the bar (still regretting that one), the food was disgustingly fabulous, and the entertainment was even better. There was a fight...yes a fight...in McDonalds, and the security lady that took one of the guys out was then punched in the face by him...hmmmm...

I am heading into the belly of the beast tomorrow, also known as Canuck Country, and I have to be on my best A game to deal with all the 'fans'.......needless to say, I have a sore ear......the bastard ear that decided to have a ball stuck in it 2 years ago (yes you read that right, a ball). Heres to hoping my ear will feel better tomorrow, and I will have a fantastic time in Vancouver with some awesome friends.
